The Setup QuickBooks Online using the below steps.
Open QuickBooks and go to Menu.
In the File menu, select New Company.
Select the Express Start option from the QuickBooks dialog box.
Enter your company details as asked.
Hit Continue and enter your contact details.
Select the Preview Your Company Settings and then click on the Chart of Accounts.
Add an account by checking the mark next to your account.
Save your company file to your desired location.
Select OK and then create the Company File by selecting the option.
After that, you need to add data manually to your new company file.
Now that you have created your company file on QuickBooks, next you need to configure advanced settings for your account.
